Returns & Exchanges

  • Physical Products: For returns or exchanges of physical products, please contact us for assistance. Returns and exchanges are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Digital Products: We regret to inform you that returns and exchanges are not accepted for digital PDF pattern purchases made through our platform. Once an order has been placed and processed, it is considered final.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders is not possible once they have been processed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds on physical product orders will only be issued in cases where a product is proven to be damaged or defective upon receipt, and cannot be replaced with an identical item. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of verification of the issue and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
